Data collected through forms or correspondence is used exclusively to respond to enquiries about stays offered by L’Adresse du Bassin, assess the enquiry and organise any resulting correspondence or bookings. Processing is based in particular on steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract.
Only information necessary for these purposes is requested. It is intended solely for authorised persons at SAS TOMOLIE and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Where an enquiry does not lead to a booking, data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last exchange and then deleted, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires its retention. Where a booking is made or a contract is entered into, data necessary for the business relationship is retained for as long as required to fulfil it and then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Online booking is provided through the Novaresa service. Information entered in the booking module is processed as part of that service and in accordance with the privacy information displayed there.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as your right to object where the legal conditions are met, by writing to contact@ladressedubassin.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Telephone marketing policy
You have the right to register on the telephone marketing opt-out list, and we suggest that you register with Bloctel. Bloctel is the telephone marketing opt-out list on which any consumer may register free of charge to stop receiving marketing calls from a business with which they have no current contractual relationship, in accordance with French Law No. 2014-344 of 17 March 2014 on consumer affairs. The law states that businesses are prohibited, directly or through a third party acting on their behalf, from making marketing calls to a consumer registered on this list, except in the cases provided for by law.
